Group Classes

Terms & Conditions

1. Class Fees and Payment Structure

  • Group classes are charged per student per month, by group size: 2 students = $160 each; 3 students = $140 each; 4 students = $125 each.
  • These fees apply to students enrolling from 17 September 2026. Students enrolled before that date keep their current fee.
  • Class duration varies by enrolment: 2 students = 50 minutes; 3 students = 70 minutes; 4 students = 90 minutes.
  • A minimum of 4 classes is required for initial enrolment.
  • The initial payment covers the first 4 classes only; subsequent monthly fees are due before the first class of the month.
  • Classes commence only upon successful payment.
  • Additional sessions beyond the monthly schedule are charged at the per-session rate.

2. Payment Deadlines

  • Payment for the upcoming month must be received before the first lesson of the month, or within the first 5 days of that month — whichever comes earlier.
  • Invoices are sent around the 20th of the current month.

3. Class Schedule

  • A class starts with a minimum of 2 enrolled students, or when slots are available in an existing class.
  • 4 classes are held each month, during the first 4 weeks — regardless of calendar weeks.
  • Classes meet weekly on a mutually agreed date and time.

4. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Students are expected to attend all classes.
  • Monthly fees are required regardless of attendance.
  • If the teacher cancels, the class is rescheduled or the fee prorated/refunded.
  • Postponing a class requires group agreement, with at least 2 hours’ notice.
  • No-shows are forfeited without replacement.
  • Late arrivals receive no extension; the full session is counted.
  • Early departures receive no replacement or extension.
  • Make-up classes are at the teacher’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

5. Communication

  • All class-related communication takes place within the designated WhatsApp group.

6. Cessation of Classes

  • Requires 14 days’ notice to the teacher and admin via WhatsApp.
  • Temporary cessation lasts a maximum of 30 days; after which it becomes permanent.
  • Refunds: full (14+ days’ notice), 50% (within 7 days’ notice), or none for completed classes.

7. Modification of Terms

  • Terms are subject to change at the admin team’s discretion; changes are effective immediately upon posting.
