Private 1-to-1 Classes

1. Class Fees and Payment Structure

  • 30-minute class: $45 per session ($180 per month).
  • 45-minute class: $55 per session ($220 per month).
  • 60-minute class: $260 per month.
  • A minimum of 4 classes is required for initial enrolment.
  • The initial payment covers the first 4 classes only; subsequent monthly fees are due before the first class of each month.
  • Classes commence only upon successful payment.
  • Additional classes beyond the monthly schedule are charged at the per-session rate.

2. Payment Deadlines

  • Full payment for the following month must be made before the first scheduled lesson of the month, or within the first 5 days of that month — whichever is earlier.
  • Invoices are sent around the 20th of the current month.

3. Class Schedule

  • 4 classes are held per month, during the first 4 weeks.
  • Classes occur once weekly on a mutually agreed date and time between student and teacher.

4. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Students must attend all scheduled classes.
  • Monthly fees are required regardless of attendance.
  • Teacher cancellations receive a prorated refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
  • Students must notify the teacher at least 2 hours before postponing; otherwise the class is forfeited.
  • No-shows without notice result in forfeited classes with no replacement.
  • Late arrivals receive no extension; classes start on time as full sessions.
  • Early departures result in no replacement or extension.
  • Make-up classes may be offered at the teacher’s discretion but aren’t guaranteed.

5. Communication

  • All class-related communication must take place within the designated WhatsApp group.

6. Cessation

  • Students must inform the teacher and admin team at least 14 days before the last scheduled class.
  • Temporary cessation lasts a maximum of 30 days; afterwards it becomes permanent.
  • Refunds: full (14+ days’ notice before the next class), 50% (within 7 days’ notice), or none for completed classes.

7. Modification of Terms

  • All terms are subject to change at the admin team’s discretion; changes are effective immediately upon posting.
